Gulf Crest Turbine Oils are premium grade, top quality, corrosion and oxidation inhibited turbine oils, for use in power plant steam and gas turbine lubrication. Gulf Crest is formulated from specially selected hydro treated paraffinic base oils, and has an oxidation life in excess of 4000 hours in the Turbine Oil Oxidation Test ASTM D 943. In addition Gulf Crest Turbine Oil has excellent rust preventing, demulsibility and foam suppressing and air release properties. With regard to air entrainment, a critical parameter for turbine oils, Gulf Crest offers excellent performance with less than 2 minutes air release by the ASTM D 3427 test method, and is highly recommended for ABB turbochargers in diesel engines. Gulf Crest, ISO Viscosity Grade 46, is officially approved by Siemens, Germany. Gulf Crest is also suitable for hydraulic systems that need a turbine oil with anti-rust and anti-oxidation properties.
